$50 activates the auto-cascade replacement service. Zuploy immediately works through 4 worker pools and finds a replacement — you do nothing. The fee funds urgent placement bonuses for workers who take the shift on short notice. If all 4 stages exhaust with no fill, you pay zero platform fee (Fill-or-Free).
$25 activates an abbreviated cascade (Stages 2–4) to find a replacement. You receive immediate notification and Zuploy starts working on a replacement within minutes. The fee covers the placement service — not a penalty to the business.
$1.99 flat fee per shift if the worker opts in. Funds arrive to debit card within 2 hours. Standard ACH is free and arrives next business day.
$30 refundable deposit for standard workers. Held as auth hold, released after first shift. Covers BGC cost if worker never works. Founding members: waived.
If ZCL exhausts all 4 cascade stages with no fill, the platform fee is credited automatically. No claim needed. Hard rules: shift must be 4+ hours or $400+ GMV, posted with 2+ hours advance notice, Regular tier and above only. Does not apply if shift posted less than 2 hours before start.
