If we can't fill your shift — you pay nothing
Our ZCL-v1 cascade system works through 4 worker pools automatically when a no-show occurs. Roster workers, prior applicants, ZRA-ranked pool, then standby. If all 4 exhaust — your platform fee is zero. Automatic. No claim required.

Loyalty pricing
Fees that drop the more you use us
Start at 20%. Hit Regular tier (4+ shifts/month) and you're at 16%. Pro tier brings you to 13%. Partner tier — 10%. And when you rebook the same worker, your loyalty pair discount drops your effective rate even further.
